We deliver customized work-life and employee support benefits to EAP’s as well as to individual companies, universities, hospitals and other organizations.

Founded in 1982, we began our company by providing work-life consulting and training to corporations – including work-life needs assessments, policy development, implementation, and corporate on-site childcare center design and development. Then in 1997 we established a new business model that focused exclusively on providing resource and referral solutions to EAP and third-party organizations. That change allowed Workplace Options to better leverage its expertise in dependent care and convenience referrals and to partner directly with clients to develop and deliver innovative work-life products and services.

In May 2005, Workplace Options established a partnership with Accor Services North America, the parent company of Work-Life Benefits, to provide management and operational support to that organization. Our partnership builds on the synergies of our two companies to create an even stronger and deeper network of innovative and affordable work-life products and services. At the same time, it allows us to leverage our two technology and service infrastructures to expand capacity and implement cutting-edge technologies.

Workplace Options has grown to become the largest provider of work-life services in the country and we offer our world class services both to third party providers and directly to business.


Network Management Solutions

In October of 2005, Workplace Options announced the acquisition of emindhealth, Inc. the nation’s first and most comprehensive provider of managed network services.

Now called Network Advantage, this service maintains a provider network and offers online management tools that are used by more than 25 EAPs and Managed Healthcare Organizations throughout the United States.

Global Network

Workplace Options has worked with the broader Accor organization to greatly expand our international work-life network by building on Accor’s significant global presence in more than 150 countries. Completed in 2006, this new network is the largest and most comprehensive in the World… and available exclusively to our clients.

Our first step in this direction was the acquisition in 2006 of UK-based Employee Advisory Resource. EAR is one of the leading providers of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and integrated work-life services, both in the UK, and across the globe.
